Falmouth Rotary to Hold 23nd Annual Craft Fair
Over 70 Vendors, Plus Entertainment and Food
Labor Day Weekend, Saturday September 2 and Sunday September 3

     Falmouth Rotary will hold its 23nd Annual Craft Fair, at Marine Park at Falmouth Harbor on Saturday and Sunday, September 2nd and 3rd,  9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

      Over 70 vendors take part in Rotary's Craft Fair, showcasing products including jewelry, art, clothing, crafts, and books.  A sampling of participating vendors includes Marilyn Rowland Design, Laura Edson Images, Invisible World/Her Future Coalition, The Blue Cod, Tiny Tots, and Jen Kano Photography.

     Funds raised have benefited causes like Rotary's Scholarship Programs, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, the Outdoor Learning Project in Falmouth Schools, anti-human-trafficking programs in Nepal, Volunteers in Public Schools,  the Falmouth Service Center, the Highfield Hall Wampanoag fair, the Happy Hope Factory, and help for families at the Guatemala city dump, as well as the installation of new benches on Falmouth Main Street.

     "Over the last few years, our annual Craft Fair has helped Falmouth Rotary raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarship funds for local high school students and local charitable organizations," fair organizer Rudy Hunter said.

     In conjunction with the Craft Fair, lunch food service will be offered, including traditional hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and sodas.

     For both days of the Craft Fair, entertainment will be provided by the Surf Drive Band, Shining Sea Strummers, Turning Point Dance Studio, the Andy Sexton Trio, and vocalist Samantha Bauer.

      Admission to the craft fair is $3 per person.  Children 12 years of age and under are admitted free.
There will be a shuttle running every 30 minutes for parking from the Christmas Tree Plaza to Marine Park, from 10 am to 4:30 pm Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
